Reservations/Late arrivals: Services are available by appointment. Please call in advance to reserve your experience today. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to handle consultation forms. To be considerate of all clients, late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellations/No Show Policy: We respectfully request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for individual services and a 48 hour notice for multiple services; special requirements are required for group reservations. A credit card number is required on all reservations. If you fail to adhere to this policy, you will be charged 50% of the service amount. Please record the name of the technician when canceling reservations.

Spa Treatments: Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, medications, or medical treatments you are undergoing. If at any time during a treatment you become uncomfortable please inform your technician immediately.

Spa Parties: The spa is a great atmosphere for small groups, such as, girl’s night out or bridal parties. Spa discounts are available for groups of 4 or more with 2 services or more each. A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final confirmation is done 2 weeks prior to date of the event with remainder of payment due.

Children: This is your time to relax, rejuvenate, and renew please arrange childcare prior to visit.

Gratuities: Are not included or required for any service; they may be given at your discretion.

Payments: MC, Visa, Discover, Cash, Gift Cards. Returned checks will be charged $35. Prices are subject to change. No refunds on purchased merchandise or services.

Gift Cards: Are available and make great gifts. They are valid for a year after purchase.
